Owner Project Requirements:
The design must incorporate social settings within the living and kitchen areas. The traditional and transitional spaces must embrace a warm feeling. Seating and open spaces must be ample. Light colors, warm wood finishes and must be considered in each space. Remodeling the guest bathroom must have a theme of 70’s clash with modern culture.
Design Thinking:
Use daylight features to highlight wood finish tones and finishes. Light colors on walls. Furniture must incorporate traditional features whilst lighting can be modern. Work closely with the client’s vision and address any concepts with client input. Guest bathroom remodel will utilize black and white floral pattern with gloss and metal finishes for that modern meets 70’s look.
