Owner Project Requirements:
Remodel the primary bedroom (Fireplace, walls, lighting, furniture, window treatments, primary suite annex, and design of the living room to highlight the lifestyle of modern comfort accented with soft splendor and functionality. The lifestyle of the family is to host get-togethers, celebrations, outdoor life, travel, and entertainment.
Design Thinking:
Apply a linear design intent with a human centered approach emphasizing a light palette of color with detail in texture and defining forms. Performance fabrics, flexible seating options, floral accents and crystal lighting for soft splendor.
