Owner Project Requirements:
Remodel of kitchen space with modern aesthetics and subtle hints of industrial elements. Scope of work included: reworking functionality and layout of space, updating floor finish and lighting. The space must welcome large family gatherings and promote work/life balance.
Design Thinking:
Focus on functionality and layout for openness in circulation. Simple and clean cabinetry/millwork, modern appliances with energy saving applications and maximize storage options. Enhance lighting for task in cookery and ambient/mood lighting for entertainment. Vertical space to highlight focal perspective with movement utlizing quartz.
